Global Leadership

Geert Hofstede (1980) opened the eyes of the world to the significance of culture to organizations and he tried to measure cultures compared to each other. Later, The GLOBE Study (House, et al., 2004) has extended and refined the ramifications of culture for leadership. While developing the predominant leadership styles in different cultures. Hofstede and Hofstede (2005) and The GLOBE Study additionally clarified how history and culture shape management and leadership practices and employees aspirations.

Zenger & Folkman (2005) are two researchers in leadership, they began at looking at survey responses from over 200,000 raters of more than 20,000 leaders.. Dr. E. S. Wibbeke (2005) introduces the Geoleadership Model® and considers how the concepts of care, communication, consciousness, change, and capability all vary around the world.
