Rationale of the services

A leader is to be appointed to work in a geography/culture different from his/her own. This service determines the suitability of the leader for expatriation then determines what kind of leadership style he/she must profess; then associating the particular skills that are needed to succeed in this new geography.

IHAB EL BITTAR

Ihab has a professional life of 30+ years most of which held several positions in multinational, multicultural companies where he gained the insight to start G2-LEADERS, he is one of the two founders. In his career he was nominated six times as top performer and achiever in these companies (Burroughs, NCR, Teradata and Oracle). During his NCR assignments he spent one year in Dayton, Ohio and one year in Cyprus. He is an entrepreneur by starting a professional Consultancy Firm.

ADEL IBRAHIM

Forty five years of experience either in a line management capacity or in Consultancy. Mr.Ibrahim started his career by 3 years in Jordan then worked for 18 years as a consultant in a large organization including being in charge of a Booz Allen and Price Waterhouse Consulting Practice returned to line management in an Electrical Utility for 6 years then became the Managing Director of an IT consulting firm in charge of large projects in Telecoms and Banking covering core business systems and advanced technology.
